“Theater at the Crossroads” for the second time in Nis

At the just completed press conference, held in the City Hall, the Festival of drama and theater in the Balkan cultural space, called “Theater at the Crossroads”, was announced. The festival is competitive in nature and will be held in Nis, from 11 to 19 March 2020.

 

The present journalists were addressed by and thus announced this event: the general manager of the National Theater in Nis and the festival’s co-selector, Spasoje Z. Milovanovic, Aleksandar Milosavljevic, theater critic and co-selector of the festival, Nebojsa Bradic, theater director and president of the Festival Council and Mayor of the city of Nis, Darko Bulatovic.

 

The competition selection of the festival was announced, consisting of eight performances from the region. The festival is held with the full support of the City of Nis, as the founder of the National Theater in Nis, while the main patron of the festival is the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic.
