The Premiere Performance of the play La Gerilla

The premiere performance of the play La Gerilla by Aleksandar Đaja, directed by Marko Jovičić, is going to be held on Sunday, May 29. The preview performance is set for May 28.

The music selection has been done by Marko Jovičić, the costume and set designer is Katarina Pavlović, whereas the composer is Bratislav Zlatković. Lyrics of theater songs are signed by Marko Jovičić and Marko Radojević, the choreographer is Danica Ničić, while the stage speech editor is Nataša Ilić.

 

The cast of the play are: Jasminka Hodžić (as Dolores), Sanja Krstović (as Konchita),  Uroš Milojević (as The Plaster Caster), Marko Radojević (as Roćko) and Dejan Gocić, g.p.* (as Lune).

 

A segment of the play is performed by the Contra Dance studio artists: Danica Ničić, Anđelija Ćulibrk, Anja Tonsa Milovanović, Atina Vasović, Dušan Petrović, Željko Tasić, Petar Ščepihin, Aleksa Stojiljković (The Undertakers, The Revolutionaries, The Dorćol Guys).

 

The theater play La Guerilla by Aleksandar Đaja is a comedy about revolution and death. The plot of the play is set in the desolate mountainous regions of Mexico or the South America, although the characters of the play can be found anywhere in the global village that cries out for a radical change of every single thing and at all levels. In other words – the revolution.

 

The ticket price is 800 dinars. Tickets can be bought at the theater box office on weekdays from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. As for the preview performance, there is a discount for students and pensioners who can buy a ticket for the price of 600 dinars.
