MEASURES OF THE NATIONAL THEATER IN NIS DUE TO THE INTRODUCTION OF THE STATE OF EMERGENCY IN THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA

Respecting the Decision on the introduction of the state of emergency, which was passed by the President of the Republic of Serbia, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia and the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia on March 15, 2020, as well as the measures adopted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia and in accordance with the Orders of the Crisis Staff of the City of Nis, and in order to prevent further spread of the corona virus, on March 16, 2020 the National Theater in Nis will switch to a changed work regime and adopt the following measures:

 

  • The Crisis Staff of the National Theater in Nis is formed to adopt, monitor and control the implementation of preventive protection measures to combat the spread of coronavirus during the state of emergency, consisting of:
  1. Spasoje Z. Milovanovic, general manager
  2. Marija Ignjatovic, assistant general manager
  3. Zoran Ilic, operations director
  4. Ljubinka Popovic, head of bookkeeping
  5. Miljana Nenadov, head of marketing
  6. Daniela Ivanovic, sales manager
  7. Dragana Jovanovic, actress, president of the representative union
  8. Aleksandar Krstic, actor
  9. Nelica Stankov, technical secretary
  • The stage of the National Theater in Nis and all activities on the stage will be suspended for spectators from March 16, 2020.
  • Coming of theater employees who do not have daily duties is possible in the time frame from 09:00am to 12:00am with prior notice. If they have an urgent matter and urgent need to come to the theater building, it is necessary to notify Nelica Stankov the business secretary of the Theater on the previous day. Otherwise, they will not be able to enter the Theater building.

Except in case of illness, the general manager, operations director, technical secretary, hygienist, bookkeeping (according to the schedule) come to work from 9:00am. All others come by invitation or prior notice.

It is strictly forbidden to go to the workshop without prior notice to the technical director, who is obliged to report it to the general manager.

Recommendations for preventive protection measures no. 01-428 from March 13, 2020 will become BINDING from March 16, 2020 for all employees.

  • Employees of the National Theater in Nis are asked to perform mutual official communication by phone and e-mail for jobs for which it is possible.
