“A Dream of Homeland” at “Nušić Days”, and another award for “Some Like It Hot”

“A Dream of Homeland (Unseen folk dreaming)” written by Ivan Velisavljević, directed by Milan Nešković, was chosen for this years’ selection of the “Nušić Days” festival in Smederevo and will be performed at the very opening of the Festival on May 19.

This will be the second performance at a festival, a few days after the play was performed at the 59th Festival of Professional Theaters of Serbia “Joakim Vujić” in Zaječar on May 13.

The play premiered on the anniversary of the National Theater in Nis, on March 11 this year.

At the same time, the musical “Some Like It Hot”, which was performed in front of the Leskovac audience on April 4 at the “April Days of Laughter”, won the audience award for the third time and this time it was rated 4.94 (out of 5). A reminder that this musical was awarded as the best performance by the audience 2 more times, at the 31st festival “Days of Zoran Radmilović” with a score of 9.91 (out of 10) and at the 49th festival “Days of Comedy” with a score of 4.93 (out of 5).
